Carrie Underwood, Mike Fisher reduce asking price for Ottawa home – TORONTO — Country superstar Carrie Underwood and her Canadian husband, hockey player Mike Fisher, have reduced the asking price for their Ottawa home. The custom-built mansion, which has been on the market for close to a year, is now listed at $1.95 million — down from $2.2 million this past summer. The couple hasn’t lived in the Spruce Ridge Road home since February 2011, when Fisher was traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators. Read more at GlobalNews.ca
Chris Colfer Announces the Name of his Next Book
At a book signing in Houston yesterday, Glee star, Chris Colfer, announced the 3rd book in his Land of Stories Series, called Land of Stories: A Grimm Warning. The series, aimed at middle-school children, puts a modern twist on the fairy tales we knew and loved growing up. The book is due out in 2014.
