Slash disappointed by Tyler

Slash has now joined the protests, insisting he feels sorry for Tyler’s Aerosmith bandmates who now have to work around the singer’s hectic TV schedule.

He tells New York’s Q104.3 FM, “It’s really sort of disappointing to me that he’s gone and done that, for whatever reason – a lot of it having to do with (the fact that) I just know the guy and the other guys in the band are bummed out and they’ve had a really rocky road for a while. And then just because American Idol is what it is, so it’s hard for me to put the thing together.”

Diana DeGarmo fills Dolly Parton’s ‘shoes’ and wonders why Idol ever pushed out Paula Abdul

CM: Back to Idol, I’m curious what you think about the new judges.

DD: I’m a big believer that if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it, and that’s what they started doing with the fourth judge, and then taking out Paula (Abdul). I think the three originals will always be the best but it will be exciting with J-Lo and Steven Tyler to see who’s gonna take what position.

Kelly Clarkson says her Fans Don’t Know Her As Well As They Think

I’m changing, ever-changing, so once people think they’ve pinpointed you, you change, ” she said. “The one thing my fans love is that variety.

“It keeps them interested, and it keeps me interested, because I love so many genres of music. That’s why I love pop music; if you’re in a category, you get stuck, but with pop you can keep all the influences.”

“I think those people are awesome!” she insists. “I have no problem with those people. Those are my favorites.”

“He’s a perfect balance of a manly man and like a best friend, ” she said. “He’s a rugged man. He chops wood and he’s outdoors and all that stuff, and he plays hockey, but … he also like loves to go shopping.”

Just Touched Down in LondonTown!

Read a new blog from Season 2 Idol, Trenyce at her website. She is currently performing in a Michael Jackson tribute show in London’s West End.

London has been such a wonderful experience so far. One cannot miss the seemingly drawn buildings, and charismatic architecture that steps right out of a good 40’s film starring your favorite actors. London has had such an impression on me. The fashion…is….How do I describe it? Other than…perfectly risky! Layers…colors….boldness…subtlety…striking…understated…all at once! I was overwhelmed by shopping on Oxford…just because it is an on-going row of every…possible…shop I love!!! The only thing missing is Victoria’s Secret…which completely stunned me! However, going inside of TopShop made up for it! I LOOOOOVE that store! Floors and floors of style! Ok, I’m getting chills!
