On November 24, British music sensation Susan Boyle’s first CD will be released, and as I wrote before, it won’t be filled with just show tunes. It’s been getting a lot of buzz considering that Susan has not been going on television promoting the album… till now.
Susan will appear on QVC on November 4 to launch her debut album I Dreamed a Dream. If you tune in, you’ll see Susan talking about the CD — it doesn’t sound like she’ll be singing live — but they’ll spin some cuts and urge you to order.

Ballin’ Like Yamin It
Elliott Yamin is a die-hard basketball fanatic in the truest sense of the word.
Not only does he enjoy watching all levels of competition (high school, college, professional, men, women, etc.), but he gets the game. He’s played it all his life. Lived and breathed it growing up. He knows the ins and outs, how players add value or enhance a team, the purity of the sport, the atmosphere, the love, the dedication, and the jubilation it brings to people across the globe.
Not surprisingly, he’s also an avid WNBA enthusiast and supporter.

It’s OK, Idol fans, Adam Lambert’s in on the joke.
In a Twitter post Wednesday, the openly gay American Idol runner-up, 27, told fans and critics his new album’s outlandish cover art for his For Your Entertainment disc is supposed to be just that.

X Factor judge Simon Cowell shed his Mr Nasty image as he was unveiled as the patron of a children’s hospice charity.

Speaking at the CHASE hospice in Guildford, Surrey, Cowell said: “When you’re in a show like I am in, and I include myself here, you get caught up in petty little problems and then you come down here, and you have no problems. It’s a complete leveller.”

PHOTO: Dancing’s Joanna Krupa Covers Playboy

She’s splitting the honor with talk show host Chelsea Handler, who is doing a holiday guide for the magazine. While Handler keeps her clothes on, Krupa will appear in an 8-page nude pictorial shot by celebrity photographer Rankin.

tWitch as a villain: Hell to the no?
So You Think You Can Dance alum Stephen Boss, the dancer currently known as tWitch, will star in Stomp The Yard 2: Homecoming. That makes sense; if there’s going to be a Stomp the Yard 2, tWitch should definitely be in it. Get this though: he’ll be playing ‘Taz, the antagonist.’ What??? I feel like tWitch has never even been the antagonist in an argument against himself about which smirk goes best with which glasses. The most rage he’s ever shown, to our knowledge, was the first and third times he slammed the door on Katee during season 4’s ‘Mercy’ door dance, choreographed by Mmmmmmmmia Michaels (embedded below). Who knows, maybe a bit of sweet guy-playing-villain intrigue will get people to see the movie. Would you want to see this good guy go bad?
