Adam Lambert to tour UK
Adam Lambert has said he’ll be touring the UK this Autumn with a theatrical live show.
In the US he’s currently on the road with his ‘Glam Nation Tour’ which he says will also make it to our shores.
The American Idol runner up told Billboard about his gigs, explaining: “(The shows are) visually inspired by turn-of-the-century New Orleans… a kitschy, glam, voodoo, crystal ball, black magic kind of look with a lot of psychedelic, classic rock visual references.”
Adam Lambert’s ‘If I Had You’ video reveals where the wild things are
The lyrics for Adam Lambert’s latest single, “If I Had You, ” suggest decadent scenes in nightclubs and hotels and assorted urban glamor stations. But for the corresponding video, which hit the Web yesterday, the unrepentant imp/American Idol season 8 runner-up takes the song’s “life would be a party, it’d be ecstasy” lyrics and transports them to a forest setting. It’s like a mashup of Where the Wild Things Are, Xtina’s “Dirrty” video, and a light splash of Avatar. (Seriously. It’s set in the woods, and Adam has a big, crazy mullet-braid/Na’vi thingamajig, and there are enchanted glowing streamers all over the place, no?) That smirk at the very end of the video puts an exclamation point on Adam’s “get down or get out” message: Groove things will be shaken. Magical light will swirl overhead. Wigs will be donned. Shoulder pads will sprout like sea anemones. And plushies will rise from the mist. Plus, Adam’s Idol kid sister Allison Iraheta and possibly that Ke$ha person will arrive on the scene for the sole pleasure of dancing in the background.

Chris Daughtry, fronting the band that bears his name, headlined the Mullins Center on Monday night, capping off a more than three-hour rock show that included sets from Lifehouse and Cavo.

On Sunday, she was photographed walking arm-in-arm with American Idol host Ryan Seacrest, fueling rumors the two are an item.
On May 18, they enjoyed a dinner date at Los Angeles seafood restaurant Providence. “They were really cuddly and cute … and kissed a few times, ” a witness tells UsMagazine.com.
Matthew Morrison: Recording Album in London!
Glee cast members Matthew Morrison, Chris Colfer, Jenna Ushkowitz, Kevin McHale, and Amber Riley promote their hit FOX series in London on Tuesday (June 15).
Matthew will be recording his album in London this month, according to THR. He says that he is writing all of the music, which will be a “dance-heavy” cross between Justin Timberlake and Michael Buble!
