FRESHMAN DRAMA “SCORPION” SCORES POST-AFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME SLOT – CBS’s hit drama SCORPION will be scheduled immediately following one of television’s biggest events, the NFL’s AFC Championship game, on Sunday, Jan. 18 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT). In the new episode “Forget Me Nots,” Team Scorpion must jog the memory of an injured former Secret Service agent who is their only hope of preventing weapons of mass destruction being launched from a secret U.S. nuclear silo. David James Elliott (“JAG”) guest stars as the ex-Secret Service agent. The following day, on Monday, Jan. 19, CBS will broadcast another original episode of SCORPION in its regular time period (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT). Teresa Giudice Begins Federal Prison Sentence – The married mother of four, who rose to fame via Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey in 2009, left her Montville Township mansion shortly after midnight in the back seat of a black SUV driven by her lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr. The 42-year-old reality star surrendered just before 3 a.m., seven hours ahead of her scheduled intake. “She was ready,” her lawyer said in a statement to NJ Advance Media. “Teresa is a very strong woman. She won’t have any problems in there.” According to Leonard, Teresa’s early surrender was negotiated with prison officials over several phone calls on New Year’s Eve. “When we arrived at Danbury, everyone we encountered was extremely courteous and respectful,” he shared. – E News

The X Factor boss is keen to cash in on the huge success of musical films like Disney’s Frozen and now has 10 movies in the pipeline. Cowell has been inspired by the massive crossover success of songs like Idina Menzel’s catchy Let It Go from Frozen, and Pharrell Williams’ Happy from Despicable Me 2. After flying under the radar, the fourth-generation farmer from Iowa began to win over viewers, and Andi Dorfman, during The Bachelorette with his humble personality and romantic “secret admirer” letters. (Yes, ladies, men like this still exist.) Ultimately, it was during the fantasy suite dates that Andi sent Chris home. While at the time he told us he was heartbroken, he said he felt hopeful love would come his way again.
