Christina Aguilera to perform ‘New York-themed medley’ at NBA All-Star Game – Grammy-winning artist Christina Aguilera is the latest performer to join the lineup for the 64th NBA All-Star Game on Feb. 15 at Madison Square Garden. The Voice coach will perform a New York-themed medley during player announcements and will also be joined by The Rockettes. Carrie Underwood’s Song Cabin – Carrie Underwood’s latest album, “Greatest Hits: Decade #1,” features more than Carrie’s voice. She also wrote the majority of the songs on the project. Many of those hits were written in a secluded cabin near Nashville that she owns specifically for writing songs. She spoke with Country Countdown USA’s about her little getaway: A few years ago, I bought some cabins that were outside of town and really old and kind of tucked away. It’s just beautiful there. There are two cabins, one’s like a house, and the other is more like an office or work space. I decided to turn that into a writing cabin. So I got some equipment, a mixing board, some speakers, microphones, couches and comfy stuff, and I’ve written a lot out there.
