STAR WARS SCORE TO BE PERFORMED BY POP SUPERGROUP PENTATONIX AND A FULL SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA – dick clark productions and ABC announced today a very special Star Wars performance that will take place on the “2015 American Music Awards,” the world’s biggest fan-voted award show. Platinum-selling recording artists Pentatonix will perform the legendary Star Wars score, written by John Williams, with a full symphony orchestra. They join previously announced host and performer Jennifer Lopez, as well as 5 Seconds of Summer, Selena Gomez, Nick Jonas, Demi Lovato, One Direction, Carrie Underwood, WALK THE MOON, and duets from Luke Bryan featuring Karen Fairchild of Little Big Town and Meghan Trainor and Charlie Puth. Queen and Adam Lambert named as first headliner for the Isle of Wight Festival 2016 -Queen and Adam Lambert have been named as the first headliner for the Isle of Wight Festival 2016. The booking represents Queen’s first ever festival show and will be their only UK gig next year. They will close the annual festival on Sunday, June 12. Coincidentally, next year’s Isle of Wight Festival coincides with the Queen’s 90th birthday which falls on the exact same day as Queen perform live. – Read more at NME.com

Fifth Harmony to Be Honored as Group of the Year & Perform at Billboard’s Women in Music – Fifth Harmony will be honored with the Group of the Year award at Billboard’s Women in Music event, which will take place Dec. 11 in New York. Jennifer Hudson, Danielle Brooks, and Cynthia Erivo go deep in The Color Purple roundtable – The stage adaptation of the seminal Alice Walker novel returns to New York 10 years after its initial arrival, a perhaps overwhelming debut production that lost the story’s discourse in the stage magic. Director John Doyle’s revival was a hit in London for its bare-bones 2013 production, leaving more space for audiences to connect with the story’s leads. Alexa PenaVega Opens Up About Battle With Bulimia and Her Emotional Elimination on ‘Dancing With the Stars’ – On Monday’s episode, Alexa opened up about her battle with bulimia that she started when she was 15 and continued until she was 21. The 27-year-old star said it wasn’t until recently that she felt comfortable talking about her prior eating disorder. “I never wanted people to associate me with a problem, and that’s the biggest fear you have with trying to overcome that. You don’t wanna tell anybody because you’re like, ‘I don’t want anyone to associate me with bulimia or an eating disorder in any way,'” she said. “So finally being able to just let it go and say, ‘You know what, I know who I am.
