‘The Masked Singer’ Will Launch International Competition ‘One World, One Masked Singer’ (EXCLUSIVE) – The Masked Singer is launching an international competition that would pit territories against territories worldwide. “Tentatively titled “One World, One Masked Singer,” talent from “The Masked Singer” shows in various territories will compete against each other, and be unmasked in the search for “The Global Masked Singer Champion. “One World, One Masked Singer” is being helmed by format owner MBC America and U.S. “The Masked Singer” executive producer Craig Plestis of Smart Dog Media. Participating countries and network partners will be announced at a later date; Fox would seem like a logical home in the U.S., given that it is the homebase for “The Masked Singer” here — but nothing has yet been confirmed.” – Read more at Variety

David Cook on appearing on  ‘Great Idol Reunion’: “It’s a pretty easy thing to say yes to” – “When they ask, I always try to make it work,” he tells ABC Audio. While he jokes that he’d say no if they asked him to dance, or do a group number, he explains, “This one was exciting: To get an opportunity to perform with somebody like Kris Allen, who I’ve become very friendly with over the years and have a great rapport with…it’s a pretty easy thing to say yes to.” David also jokes that in the wake of the pandemic, he has “a bit of a newfound appreciation for human interaction,” so he enjoyed getting to see his old friends and meet new ones. – Read more at WillMarrRadio

Trailer For Disney+ Original Sequel HOLLYWOOD STARGIRL Starring Grace VanderWaal – “The America’s Got Talent alum stars in the sequel to Stargirl. – Disney’s Hollywood Stargirl is a sequel to the 2020 Disney+ movie about free spirit Stargirl Caraway (Grace VanderWaal), a silver-voiced teenager whose simple acts of kindness work magic in the lives of others. The new sequel follows Stargirl’s journey out of Mica, Arizona and into a bigger world of music, dreams and possibilities. When her mother Ana (Judy Greer) is hired as the costume designer on a movie, they relocate to L.A., where Stargirl quickly becomes involved with an eclectic assortment of characters. They include aspiring filmmaking brothers Evan (Elijah Richardson) & Terrell (Tyrel Jackson Williams); Mr. Mitchell (Judd Hirsch), one of Stargirl’s neighbors; and Roxanne Martel (Uma Thurman), a musician Stargirl admires and encounters on her journey.”

Wendy Moten Performed at the Country Music Hall of Fame Museum Inductee Ceremony

The Voice alum payed tribute to Pete Drake, an iconic pedal steel guitar player. She sang George Jones’ “He Stopped Loving Her Today” which Drake played on. The Judds were inducted into the Hall of Fame only a day after the tragic passing of Naomi Judd to suicide. “Hearing the news of Naomi Judd passing was tragic and we were all worried and concerned about Wynonna, Ashley and the rest of their family.
