David Archuleta Spreads Holiday Cheer With *NSYNC in ‘Winter in the Air: Deluxe Edition’ Ahead of Christmas Tour (Exclusive) – It has more than worked out for Archuleta, whose latest also features a fun, festive music video alongside *NSYNC’s Chris Kirkpatrick and Lance Bass that came about thanks to one of his team members who worked with the beloved boyband in the past. When it came to working with Kirkpatrick and Bass, he admitted most humbly he was more “self-conscious” than starstruck. “These guys have a lot of history in *NSYNC and as performers, and they’ve dealt with the fan base and being in the public eye and releasing music and having a lot of success with that,” Archuleta said. “So, it’s neat to get to work with them, and what’s fun about this was it didn’t feel so much like work, it was more just like fun.” – Read more at Popculture.com

Kelly Clarkson Talks New Music and Gig as ‘Godmother’ of Norwegian Cruise Line’s Encore Ship – Clarkson, 37, will perform at the ship’s christening ceremony Thursday (Nov. 21) in Miami. I definitely never thought I’d be in this position.” Clarkson said her music fans shouldn’t be worried though — she recently recorded what she calls “one of my favorite songs I’ll probably ever do in my career.” She will also launch her Las Vegas residency on April 1, 2020. “It’s a beautifully written song and one of my favorite writers in the world wrote it. It’s kind of all of these worlds colliding and … the whole experience has been amazing and hopefully our whole idea for the song pans out,” she said. “I’ve never done anything like this in my career. All of what I’m saying isn’t making sense until you actually know what’s happening, so I’m sorry for the weirdness. But you’ll know by the time it comes out, like, ‘OK, she’s not weird. It does make sense.’ It’s a new way. I’ve never really done anything like it.” – Read more at Billboard.com

Fantasia talks new album ‘Sketchbook’ and her music ‘ministry’ – She says the “rock soul” idea came to her in 2012.
