American Idol winner Scotty McCreery comes to Colorado Springs this weekend – It has been eight years since Scotty McCreery told Ryan Seacrest — and everyone watching the finale of “American Idol” — that he never, in his wildest dreams, could’ve imagined winning the singing competition. He was 17 at the time.
