X Factor alum and former One Direction member Harry Styles joins the circus in new “Daylight” music video
Fans can count on Harry Styles bringing the odd vibe to his music videos, and his new one for “Daylight.” continues bringing the unexpected.
The X Factor alum and former One Direction singer joins the circus and runs the gamut of stunts, including being part of a knife-throwing act, flying through the air like a big yellow bird after being shot out of a cannon, and walking a tightrope. He eventually ends up on a horse.
“Daylight” is the fifth music video from Harry’s mega hit album, Harry’s House. One of the biggest albums of last year, it had a huge night at the 2023 Grammy Awards back in February when he took home the coveted Album of the Year, beating both Beyonce and Lizzo.

“I’ve been so inspired by every artist in this category with me. But it’s important for us to remember that there’s no such thing as ‘best’ in music,” he said during his acceptance speech. “This doesn’t happen very often to people like me so this is very nice, thank you.”
Harry won big at both the Grammys and Brit Awards
Harry’s House and associated songs garnered a total of 6 nominations at the 2023 Grammys. The album also took home the Grammy for Best Pop Vocal Album. At the Brit Awards in London shortly after, the pop singer won in all four nominated categories, including Artist of the Year, Album of the Year for Harry’s House, Song of the Year for “As it Was” and Pop/R&B Artist.
When accepting the award for Artist of the Year, Harry thanked his mum, and his One Direction bandmates.
“I want to thank my mum for signing me up for X Factor without telling me, so, I literally wouldn’t be here without you,” Harry shared. “I want to thank Niall, Louis, Liam and Zayn, because I wouldn’t be here without you either. Thank you so much.”
