Hannah Huston, Blake Shelton, One Republic Set for The Voice Dec. 6

The Voice - Season 10

NBC buried the lead in their latest press release–as far as The Voice fans are concerned. It’s Season 10 finalist Hannah Huston who will be returning to perform her single “I Alone Have Loved You” on The Voice December 6 results show. She’s the winner of the twitter contest, for a spot on the live show, that also included season 7 finalist Chris Jamison and season 9 singer Zach Seabaugh.

Also, coach Blake Shelton and OneRepublic will perform on the semifinal show, which promises tons of drama as four contestants out of 8 are cut ahead of the following week’s week’s final. Check out the NBC press release below:

NBC’s “The Voice” will welcome its four-time winning coach Blake Shelton to the stage as he performs his new hit single “A Guy With a Girl” on Tuesday, Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. ET/PT. The song is the third single from his current album, If I’m Honest, which is the best-selling country album released this year.

Shelton recently announced plans for next year’s “Doing It to Country Songs” tour, which will kick off in February and includes former Voice artist RaeLynn as his opener. Shelton also just won the American Music Award for Favorite Male Artist – Country.

Multi-platinum, Grammy-nominated band OneRepublic will also appear on the Dec. 6 live show to sing “Let’s Hurt Tonight” from their new album, “Oh My My.” The song will also be featured in the upcoming Warner Bros. film Collateral Beauty.

The quintet recently released “Oh My My,” their fourth studio album, on Oct. 7 on Mosley/Interscope Records. The follow-up to their third album, “Native,” “Oh My My” debuted at #3 on the Billboard Top 200 Album chart and was recorded in nearly 20 cities around the world, including Rio de Janeiro, Moscow, Mexico City, Tokyo, Paris and London.

From track to track, OneRepublic, which features lead singer/songwriter Ryan Tedder, bassist Brent Kutzle, guitarists Zach Filkins and Drew Brown, and drummer Eddie Fisher, parallel the extraordinary scope of the album’s creation by blending alt-rock, gospel, synth-pop, nu-disco, and folk.

In addition, season 10 finalist Hannah Huston will return to the show on Dec. 6 for a special homecoming performance. Huston, who advanced to the final four as part of Team Pharrell, will debut her new single, “I Alone Have Loved You.” Fans voted through Amazon Echo and The Voice Official App to determine which Voice alumni artist would return for a homecoming performance.
