In it, the singer is upstaged by a bunch of different versions of herself–many fans will recognize. Things become quite chaotic by the end of clip. The insanity includes guys in hazmat suits keeping the set safe from COVID-19.

But the end, the real Gwen is quite frustrated that the set got so out of control.
