Billboard reports that Niall Horan is on track to have the third number one album from a One Directioner. Previously, Zayn (“Mind of Mine”) and Harry Styles (“Harry Styles”) also went number one with their debut albums. Liam Payne is anticipated to drop in Q1 of 2018. “Flicker” is expected to open with 150K equivalent albums.

Post Malone continues at the top of the Hot 100 while two separate rock bands (Portugal, The Man and Imagine Dragons) are in the top 5 for the first time in 10 years. The last time that happened was on Feb 17, 2007 with Fall Out Boy’s “This Ain’t a Scene, It’s an Arms Race” and Season 5 Idol Daughtry’s “It’s Not Over” were third and fourth on the chart.
