“Old Town Road” is just gonna ride ’til it can’t no more. The song by Lil Nas X extends its record at the top of the Hot 100 to 18 weeks. “Old Town Road” spends its 18th week at the top of the streaming chart (it holds 9 of the top 11 streaming weeks ever) and a 14th week at the top of the digital chart (second longest behind “Despacito” which spent 17 weeks at the top). On radio songs it was number 2. Billie Eilish is working on her own record after “Bad Guy” spends its 8th week at number 2 (10 weeks is the longest a song has spent at number 2 never to reach number 1).
Camila Cabello’s collaboration with Shawn Mendes “Señorita” remains 3rd on the chart. It’s the top air gainer song on the chart with a 22% increase to 81.4M AI.
Over on the BB200, NF earns his second number one album with “The Search”. The album moves 130K in equivalent albums including 84K in traditional albums.
