Lil Nas X keeps on ridin’ down that “Old Town Road” as his hit tops the Hot 100 for a 16th week. That ties for the longest time at the top of that chart matching “Despacito” (Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee) and “One Sweet Day” (Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men). It will likely break the record next week. “Old Town Road” will no doubt be declared the song of the summer 2019.
“Senorita” by Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello ascend to 4th (5th last week).
Over on the BB200, to no one’s surprise, Ed Sheeran tops the chart with “No. 6 Collaborations Project”. He’s worked with everyone from Cardi B to Justin B for this album. Camilla Cabello is one of the collaborators and that track is called “South of the Border”. The album moves 173K equivalent albums including 70K traditional albums.
