People remain desperate to hear “Despacito” as the Latin Hit tops the Hot 100 for a fifth week. The song also ranks number one on the sales chart and streaming chart while making powerful gains on radio. There are no new songs in the top 10 of the Hot 100, but a couple of songs switch places with each other.
