“Despacito” becomes the first Spanish-language song to top the Hot 100 since the “Macarena” 20 years ago. This is Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s first chart topper while Justin Bieber notches is fifth. The top of the chart has become a boy’s club with the last 8 chart toppers coming from men. This despite there being a lot of turn-over at the top of the chart – the most in 27 years.
