The season 7 second runner-up accompanies himself on piano for an absolutely gorgeous take on “Earned It” by The Weeknd. I don’t think I’ve heard him sing a ballad quite like this, with such soulful passion. And that killer falsetto is on full display here. Pop singer, Shawn Mendes, tweeted about it to his 3M + followers, so it’s getting tons of hits.
