Glee star, Chris Colfer, spent the past few days in Paris and London promoting his movie, Struck by Lightning. First, with a few appearances at the at The Champs Elysees Film Festival in Paris a couple of book signings where he met fans and autographed copies of his books “Land of Stories” and “Struck by Lightning” and then on to London for another book signing, and an appearance on ITV’s This Morning.
Check out the interview below, where he talks about being a gay heartthrob….for teenaged girls! Yes, they lined up at his appearances. Screaming and sobbing were involved.
Plus, why Chris doesn’t consider himself a singer, how his Glee character, Kurt, speaks to anyone who feels different, on why he loves writing fairy tales, and writing his first movie Struck by Lightning.
Chris’s new book: The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns is due out August 6.
Also, Chris reveals big news: Glee will go into production for Season 5 at the end of July.
Chris’s latest obsession in Instagram. Check out this photo he posted taken at this London book signing, goofing around with some British bobbies. The crown is a nice touch. Chris tweeted, “Things got a little rough today at my UK book signing…Hope I can still meet the Queen with a record.”
And here he is at the Palace of Versailles with a portrait of Marie Antoinette. Fans know that he loves the history of the French Revolution.
And LASTLY for you gossip mongers…here is a seriously invasive pap video of Chris, his PR person and his rumored boyfriend, Will Sherrod, wandering around Paris last week.
I generally find these types of videos creepy and boring, but at the 2:33 mark, Chris and Will can be see holding hands. So, confirmation sorta, that they’re a couple.
