CBS Reveals Final Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson Guests

Craig Ferguson will end his tenure as host of the Late Late Show on December 19. CBS has announced the roster of guests who will  appear on the show during the last three weeks.

Appearing on the very last show? Former Tonight Show host, Jay Leno.  The pick isn’t all that surprising when you consider that Craig has had Leno on his show recently as a guest.  Also, Late Show producer, David Letterman, has backed off his feud with Leno since NBC unceremoniously dumped him from Tonight.

Steve Carell, Jon Hamm, Jim Parsons and more are set to stop by.  British comedian, James Corden, will take over Late Late Show in 2015.

  1. I’m hoping that he has Josh Robert Thompson, the voice behind Geoff Peterson, Sandra, Gladys, Morgan Freeman, etc., on as himself on the last show. Maybe they can unmask Secretariat, but that might be too traumatic!

  2. I wish the guest list included Peter Capaldi, since the two started out together in a band and Ferguson is a huge Doctor Who fan. Capaldi was pretty hilarious on the show – well both of them together were – when he guested before he got the Who gig.

  3. Jay has always been, first and foremost, a stand up comedian…even during his Tonight Show run he was constantly doing his stand up act all over the country. He does a ridiculously large number of shows a year.

  4. So happy to see Betty White in there. She is hilarious in most everything she does. And when she has appeared on Craig’s show, they both left me in stitches with laughter.

  5. I really like Craig Ferguson’s show, and actually is now probably one of my favorites of the late night shows. I’m sorry to see it go but he says he wants to move on. I’m glad if it was his decision, and not a network one. I thought it was at first because Letterman was leaving but I guess it wasn’t. Sorry to see Letterman go, too, actually.
