Watch Casey Abrams talk frankly about his medical condition, Ulcerative Colitis in a video clip from Rodney Ho’s Altlanta Journal Constitution. As you know, Casey had a pretty scary flare-up of the disease during the Idol competition. He was in the hospital twice, almost causing him to leave the competition.
The Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America asked Casey to get involved. He agreed, meeting with individuals who have the disease at the InterContinental Hotel in Buckhead, GA yesterday. Rodney interviewed him before his meeting.
Casey is also helping to promote the IBD Icons contest, sponsored by the foundation and Janssen Biotech Inc. Read more about that HERE.
