First major media stop for American Idol, Candice Glover, on her victory tour, was the Tonight Show with Jay Leno Friday night.
During her sit down with Jay, Candice talked about her Idol journey, the excitement of winning Idol, and more. Candice was cut from Idol twice before finally winning. During season 9, Simon Cowell said she was destined to be a lounge singer, singing in a hotel lobby while patrons ate peanuts and ignored her.
