“Despacito” from Luis Fonsi, Daddy Yankee & featuring Justin Bieber ties the longest run at the top of the Hot 100 held by “One Sweet Day” from Mariah Carey and Boyz II Men. That run will end at 16 weeks as Taylor Swift is snatching everything (airplay, sales, streams). She just broke the 24 hour Vevo record 30+M (1.5M views per hour). Adele’s “Hello” previously held the record with 27.7M views. Also on the Hot 100, Ed Sheeran’s “Shape of You” breaks the “longest in the top 10 of the Hot 100” record after surviving 33 weeks in the top 10.
