Billboard – Chart Date 05/03/2014

Here is some news that you may not have expected to here…last week set a record for the most number of Vinyl Records sold in a single week during the SoundScan era (since 1991). Billboard has an article on the resurgence of vinyl and independent records stores – last week was Record Store Day.

As we all know, there are approximately 53,231 Billboard charts. This is a summary of just some of those charts and how the Idols/Voicers/XFactorers/AGTers did on them this week.
