America’s Got Talent, Songland Ratings Top Night, Down Vs Last Season

America’s Got Talent season 14 premiere ratings notched a 1.7 in the key 18-49 demo. However that number is down significantly from last season’s premiere 2.5 rating. Regardless, it easily won the night for NBC.

NBC’s new competitive reality series Songland which aired in the post-AGT 10 pm slot, bowed with a solid 1.2 in the demo. As a comparison, World of Dance followed AGT last season and earned a 1.7 in the demo.
