AGT 2023 Qualifiers 2: Which two acts will advance to the finale? Vote for your favorite acts
America’s Got Talent 2023 LIVE SHOWS continued Monday night (August 29) with Qualifiers 2. Eleven more acts performed for YOUR votes. Only two acts will advance to the finale, which will be revealed on the live results show airing Wednesday (August 30). (Read our Recap)
The Qualifiers round airs over five weeks, featuring 55 acts. Ten acts will advance based on the overnight vote, while a wild card will be determined by an Instant Vote on Wednesday September 20. The America’s Got Talent season 18 finale airs on NBC Tuesday September 26 and Wednesday September 27.
Simon Cowell was less critical of the acts this week. That doesn’t mean the overall talent was better. Maybe he was in a grouchy mood last time. Two Golden Buzzer acts performed, but it’s Howie Mandel’s act, Murmuration that show closer that had a big moment.
Three G, the hand balancing trio sought and achieved redemption after failing to complete a trick during their audition. Could Sharp Family Singer’s social media fame propel them into the finale? Hopefully not, as Simon and Howie were correct that they turned a classic rock song into pure corn.
Magician and AGT winner Shin Lim will perform on Wednesday’s results show as host Terry Crews reveals which two acts move on to the finale. Magician Ryland will be thrilled, as Shin is his favorite magician. Too bad Simon couldn’t bring Harry Styles on to the show to meet his big fan Alfie Andrews.
