American Music Awards 2014 Nominations List

The American Music Awards 2014 will broadcast live on ABC from the Nokia Theater in Los Angeles on November 23rd. The AMAs features over 15 musical performances from today’s hottest artists and presents fan-voted awards in the categories of Pop/Rock, Alternative Rock, Country, Rap/Hip-Hop, Soul/R&B, Adult Contemporary, Contemporary Inspirational, Latin, EDM, New Artist of the Year, and Artist of the Year.

Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Pharrell Williams, One Direction and more are nominated for awards.

Charli XCX, is the show’s first announced performer. Voting begins today in all categories except New Artist of the Year at AMAvote.com and via Twitter by tweeting the nominee’s name, category and #AMAs hashtag. Voting for the New Artist of the Year begins 11/1 Nov. 1 and closes in the first hour of the Nov. 23 broadcast.
