American Idol Trent Harmon New Song Cause I Do
Fans rejoice! Trent Harmon introduced a brand new song on social media Friday night. Posting to his Facebook page, the American Idol winner performed an acoustic version of a new ballad titled “Cause I Do.”
Co-written with the “very talented” Nick Wayne and Josh Kerr, Trent shared with his fans, “Wait ’til you hear it! We’ve already cut that song a couple weeks ago with Jimmy in the studio.” The singer added, “We had some of the best players. Not only in Nashville, but in the world on that song.”
“Wait ’til you hear it on the record,” Trent enthused, “It’s my favorite song on the record right now.”

Tonight (June 8) Trent will be performing at the Blue Bayou Water Park in New Orleans. He wants y’all to learn the new song so you can sing it back when he performs.
