Nielsen fast overnight ratings from Marc Berman:
Fox American Idol led the evening, of course, with 22.50 million viewers and a 7.8/22 among adults 18-49 in the 8 p.m. hour. But one year earlier it was considerably stronger at 28.32 million viewers and a 10.6/26 in the demo, based on the final nationals.
The numbers are up from last week’s 20.5M viewers for the results show…
