American Idol Ratings Stay Steady, Remains Sunday’s No 1 Show

AMERICAN IDOL - "117 (Top 5)" - The stakes are high as the Top 5 finalists perform in hopes of winning AmericaÕs vote and making it through to the finals, as the search for AmericaÕs next superstar continues on its new home on AmericaÕs network, The ABC Television Network, SUNDAY, MAY 13 (8:00-10:01 p.m. EDT, 5:00-7:01 p.m. PDT). (ABC/Eric McCandless) LIONEL RICHIE, KATY PERRY, LUKE BRYAN

American Idol ratings in the key 18-49 demo stayed even with last Sunday’s 1.6 preliminary number. When the ratings are adjusted to account for the episode’s live coast to coast broadcast, the ratings should adjust up. Last week the numbers rose 2/10ths of a point to 1.8.

American Idol remains Sunday’s No. 1 show.

UPDATE: American Idol adjusted up to 1.7 in Sunday’s final update.
