American Idol Nick Fradiani All On You Music Video

American Idol season 14 winner Nick Fradiani debuts he new “All On You” music video.  The black and white clip was shot by his Beach Avenue bandmate, Ryan Zipp, as Nick performs on stage with an acoustic guitar.

“We decided we wanted it to let people see me for what it is just sitting on a stage and playing acoustic,” Nick told Billboard in a recent interview. “There wasn’t a big plot to it like in my other videos. I wanted it to be simple and how the song was written. I like how it came out. We had a good time. This is kind of the real, more natural me, doing what I like to do.”

Written in Nashville with Jordan Schmidt and Andy Albert, the song is the latest single from the singer’s Big Machine Label debut, Hurricane. Nicj was introduced to Schmidt after meeting Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line, when he served as a mentor on American Idol

“It’s a breakup song and I really fell in love with the acoustic guitar riff that was written by Mitchell Tenpenny, who was in the studio,” he said. “It’s a cool song and it’s been doing really well. Ryan Seacrest has been playing it on America’s Top 40 every Sunday. That’s pretty sweet. It’s catching some steam.”

Coming up for Nick in 2017: More tour dates, either opening for another act or going solo. Also, the singer is back in the studio working on new material for his next record. In the Billboard interview, Nick hints new music will be a more “organic” return to kind of music he made with Beach Avenue.

The next single from Hurricane, “Love is Blind,” will be out in January, followed by a music video in February.
