American Idol 2019 Top 20 All Star Pairing Details and Photo Gallery

Last Monday (April 1) the American Idol 2019 finalists performed solos for the judges Lionel Richie, Katy Perry and Luke Bryan. Next week, the singers perform duets with alongside all star celebrity partners, filmed at the Wiltern in Los Angeles.

Ten singers will perform on Sunday April 7 (8 pm ET/PT on ABC), while the remaining 10 singers wing on Monday April 8 (ET/PT on ABC). At the end of EACH episode, the judges will determine which seven finalists will advance to the Top 14 for the chance to perform for America’s vote.

Notably, on Monday’s episode, host Ryan Seacrest will be ABSENT from the show for the first time ever. Considering the bazillion jobs Ryan has it’s amazing that, in 17 season of American Idol, he’s never missed a episode. In any case, official mentor Bobby Bones will take over duties for the indefitable host.
