We reported the news last week, but it’s now official! Via American Idol social media, Hollywood Week 2018 has now begun! But there’s more. According to my source, here is the schedule for the upcoming week of auditions:
The Hollywood round is taking place at the Dolby theater, and reportedly rehearsals have been taking place there this past week. Here’s what’s going to happen next:
- Monday and Tuesday: Solo Rounds
- Wednesday and Thursday: Group Rounds
- Friday: Pane picks either a Top 36 or 24. I’m still waiting for more explicit details. Stay tuned!
The schedule doesn’t seem different from Hollywood weeks of the past. Although, I would think there would be one last solo round to determine the Top 36/24? My source promised more info as they get it, so stay tuned.
