Alex Preston recorded a couple of performances over the holidays, posting them to social media. The American Idol 13 alum describes a new tune, “Let’s Waltz Darling,” as “a song I wrote about social anxiety and trying to overcome it,” the singer continues in the Youtube description, “It is definitely something a lot of people live with, including myself. Much love.”
The tender song must be hitting a chord–after less than 24 hours on Facebook, the clip garnered more than 15K views overnight, according to a tweet from Alex. “My new video got 15,000 views overnight! completely live, one take. song about anxiety,” he wrote.
