Alec Baldwin Hosts SNL for the 17th Time – Watch Skits (VIDEOS)

Alec Baldwin returned to host Saturday Night Live for the 17th time this week (Feb 11). Of course he brought his Donald Trump impression with him. The cold open, however, once again featured Melissa McCarthy as Sean Spicer and she managed to up the ante! Bonus: Kate McKinnon played Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and it was perfect.

In the skit, Spicer declares that Trump will take his losing case with the 9th Circuit Appeals court to The Peoples Court. And sure enough, the one skit in which Baldwin plays Trump, he faces off against the three judges that shut him down. Hilarious.

But the skit of the night had to be Kate McKinnon as Kellyanne Conway going all Fatal Attraction/Carrie on Jake Tapper in order to get back on CNN with him. Wow. It’s brutal. And brilliant. Definitely a gem. Check out the skits below.

Sean Spicer (Melissa McCarthy) and Jeff Sessions (Kate McKinnon) take questions from the press (Bobby Moynihan, Mikey Day, Vanessa Bayer, Sasheer Zamata, Cecily Strong, Kyle Mooney).

Host Alec Baldwin reminiscences about his previous hosting appearances with Pete Davidson. There was no Trump stuff in the monologue. Instead, Davidson and Baldwin riffed on the Millenial vs Baby Boomer thing.

Kellyanne Conway (Kate McKinnon) tries to win back Jake Tapper’s (Beck Bennett) trust. DO NOT MISS. DO NOT MISS. DO NOT MISS. Kate McKinnon is a QUEEN ya’ll.

It’s President Donald Trump (Alec Baldwin) versus the Ninth Circuit Court judges (Kyle Mooney, Vanessa Bayer, Pete Davidson) on a new People’s Court. Special cameo from Vladimir Putin! (Beck Bennett)

Leslie Jones is ready to play President Donald Trump. I saw were the show was going with this skit. There was tons of chatter on social media about Leslie playing Trump after news leaked Trump hated that Sean Spicer was played by a female. But this didn’t quite work for me.
