America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League Finale preview: Sofie Dossi dazzles the judges with a new trick
NBC just dropped a preview of AGT fan favorite and accomplished acrobat Sofie Dossi and her performance for the America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League finale, ahead of Monday night’s (Feb 12) penultimate show.
After receiving the semi-final Golden Buzzer from her mentor Heidi Klum last week, Sofie brings her A-Game to AGT: Fantasy League with never-before-seen props. For instance, she balances a top a wheel that spins, constantly needing to hop from post to post to avert disaster.

The judges jump to their feet for Sofie’s incredible blend of contortionism and acrobatics. Heidi remarks after the performance, “Absolutely incredible!” She notes that Sofie only learned the routine two weeks ago. “This new contraption,” Heidi refers to Sofie’s new prop, “I want to call it the Wheel of Death!” She adds, “You are so strong, so innovative and so beautiful. This was a perfect act.”
“That was incredible,” Simon Cowell says. “I remember the first time we saw you seven or eight years ago, we thought ‘what a talented person!’.” Simon continues, “Now to see that eight years later, and it’s homegrown, that’s what you call stepping it up for a final.”
“I wish it was that bit longer”
Mel B agrees with Simon and Heidi, but wanted it to go on longer. “I know you’re self-taught…but something like this we’ve never seen before. I wish it was that bit longer, but it was brilliant.”
“You know how they say practice makes perfect,” says Howie Mandel, “That’s a lie! Because you were perfect without the practice.”
This week, the 10 finalists perform for one last time. Next week, host Terry Crews will crown the winner of America’s Got Talent: Fantasy League. The champ takes home a $250K prize.
