Adam Lambert to Release “Revamped” version of ‘Aftermath’ to Benefit Trevor Project

The rumors have been swirling round the net for days now, but Adam Lambert tweets confirmation that a re-mix of the song “Aftermath” will be released to benefit the Trevor Project.

Exciting news: Releasing a revamped version of AFTERMATH. Proceeds to benefit The Trevor Project. Wait till you hear it- it’s now a hot pop dance anthem.

No set release date… Putting finishing touches on the track. Stay tuned…

The Trevor Project is the leading national organization focused on crisis and suicide prevention efforts among lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and questioning (LGBTQ) youth.

“Aftermath” written by Adam Lambert, Alisan Porter, Ferras and Ely Rise, has a message of hope and acceptance:

Wanna scream out – No more hiding – Don’t be afraid of what’s inside – Wanna tell you you’ll be alright –
In the Aftermath

Pretty awesome idea, and for a worthy cause.
