Adam Lambert attending the “creep show” at the Hotel Cafe last night in Las Angeles.
The chatter started in the afternoon when Adam tweeted his friends, Alisan Porter and Ferras that he couldn’t wait to see them perform later on in evening.
The Hotel Cafe was quickly determined as the venue for the concert–the Creep Show, hosted by musician and songwriter Ely Rise–and the speculation and rumors began. Would Adam perform as a special guest?
It turned out Adam was happy to sit in the audience to cheer on his friends, rather than perform.
When Alisan, Ferras and Ely closed the show with a performance of “Aftermath” the song they co-penned for Adam’s debut album, Adam sat on the floor a few feet away from the stage, resisting Alisan’s requests to join them on stage. Adam threw his “sparkly boots” onstage instead. (Throwing shoes is a cabaret tradition. It means he liked it, Adam really really liked it).
There were a few famous faces in the audience. Adam set next to Lindsay Lohan. Kim Kardashian, Jai Rodrigez and Drew Seeley were also spotted.
Daniel Beddingfield opened the show as a special guest. Ferras took the stage to perform an intense set. Lukas Rossi (Rockstar Supernova) sang “Dream On” and pretty much blew everyone away. Alisan Porter covered Lady Gaga’s “Speechless”.
After the performance, Adam left the venue with the paparazzi in hot pursuit…
