I’m hearing that the release date for Elliott Yamin’s single-for-charity, “The Storm” will be postponed until January 2007 due to Elliott’s contractual obligations.  It was slated for release at the end of this month. 

Season 5 11th place finisher, Kevin Covais will co-host Winthrop-University Hospital’s “Don’t Let Diabetes Stop You from Pursuing Your Dreams, ” a free community program “tackling the issues faced by children diagnosed with type 1 diabetes”.  The program takes place on Thursday, September 7th at 7:30 PM at Winthrop’s Community Outreach Center located at 101 Mineola Boulevard in Mineola, NY.  More information can be found here.
