Pop star and actress, Lady Gaga, will sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl on Sunday, the Associated Press learned from the NFL. Gaga will sing The Star Spangled Banner at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, CA where the Carolina Panthers will face off against the Denver Broncos.
Actress Marlee Matlin will perform alongside Gaga in American Sign Language. The Super Bowl 50 halftime performers include Coldplay and Beyonce.
Prior Super Bowl singers include Idina Menzel, Renee Fleming, Alicia Keys, Kelly Clarkson, Christina Aguilera, Carrie Underwood, Jennifer Hudson and Jordin Sparks.
The game will be broadcast on CBS. The game starts at 6:30 pm ET.
