On Sunday night (Nov 10) E! celebrated the best in movies, television, music and pop culture chosen solely by the fans during the network’s second annual E! People’s Choice Awards telecast, which was broadcast live from Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, Calif. across the cable networks of NBCUniversal, including Bravo, E!, SYFY, and USA Network and aired in 161 countries.
America’s Got Talent, Gwen Stefani, Blake Shelton, Camila Cabello & Shawn Mendes and Hannah Brown were among the night’s winners.
America’s Got Talent won Competition Show of 2019. Host Terry Crews accepted the award for Simon Cowell, Howie Mandel, Julianne Hough and Gabrielle Union. Although, I’m not sure I agree with Terry that “everybody has talent!” Heh.
The Voice coach Gwen Stefani was honored with the Fashion Icon award of 2019. In her acceptance speech, the fashion-forward singer spoke about her love of dressing up.
Her boyfriend and fellow The Voice coach Blake Shelton won Country Artist of 2019. He beat American Idol alum Carrie Underwood! He shouts out to Gwen “I love the s*** outta you!” BLEEPED of course.
The Bachelorette Hannah Brown won Competition Contestant of 2019, beating out Bachelor Colton Underwood, The Masked Singer’s T-Pain and AGT’s Kodi Lee.
Shawn Mendes & Camila Cabello’s “Señorita,” but alas, neither were in the house to accept the award. But P!nk delivered an inspiring speech as she accepted her The People’s Champion Icon Award.
And after a horrific car accident with resulted in a serious back injury, comedian Kevin Hart made his first official TV appearance to accept his award for Comedy Act of 2019.
