Kelly Clarkson continues to slay on her North American “Stronger” tour. She’s been taking daily twitter cover requests from fans.
A couple of recent awesome offerings include a beautiful cover of Paramore’s “Only Exception” sung in Hammond, IN and Pink’s “F*cking Perfect” performed in London, Ontario, Canada.
The American Idol Top 12 attended a “secret” DJ party with pop star, Will.i.am, and they tweeted a few photos to prove it. I wonder if the Black Eyed Pea is set to be mentor when the kids sing “Songs From The Year They Were Born”? The Interscope website has him listed as making an appearance.
The Top 13 Idols went to a listening party last night hosted by will.i.am. I’ll have a post up about that in a bit.

Casey James is set to perform on The Today Show on Thursday March 22. He’ll also appear on The Ellen Degeneres show on Wednesday March 21 (Zap2it)
Lee DeWyze returns to Viper Alley – Lee DeWyze played a show at Viper Alley in Lincolnshire when the venue first opened last year. He returns to mark the club’s anniversary this weekend. (I’m hearing that the show is sold out)
“American Idol” James Durbin to perform at Mall at Steamtown today – James Durbin, who placed fourth in the 10th season of the popular reality television show, will perform songs from his debut album, “Memories of a Beautiful Disaster,” at the mall starting at 4 p.m.
Elliott Yamin, Melinda Doolittle and Jason Castro were in Washington DC Wednesday to promote Malaria No More, an organization dedicated to ending deaths by malaria in Africa by 2015.
The trio spoke to members about the cause and then took to the stage later that evening to perform.
