The good news is Glee is up from last week. But those numbers are nowhere near the dizzying heights the musical comedy hit in its first two seasons. It’s also taking a hit airing against the popular dramas Grey’s Anatomy and Two and a Half Men.

Glee’s ratings went up because people wanted to see what couples broke up. Since most of the pairings did, I would not be surprised to see ratings for the next new episode dip right back down again.

Which would bother Simon more, being bested by another singing show or beaten by a bunch of nerds?

LOL. At first I thought you were talking about Glee, then I realized you meant the Big Bang Theory.

I think that Glee’s numbers will go down when the final numbers are released.  The show lost viewers during its last thirty minutes.

Xf continues to die a slow death..they need a big judges moment or hopefully a finalist so great that the performance goes viral..9 million isn’t 20 Simon…doesn’t seem like xf ever caught on here..and Mario won’t help..extra is in last place…khloe might help with kardashians tweeting up a storm

Big Bang Theory really is killing. Most of the jokes on that show go right over my head, haha

    Glee last night was great
..if I only had a show featuring Klaine when I was younger..the whole trajectory would’ve changed ..same with the new normal…I hope this helps gay kids..couldn’t even imagine dating at that age..was more like daily suicide plans.. also nice to see the gay and straight relationships treated equally….and to see Blaine and Kurt actually kiss

The XF ratings are the same as they were last week, and the Household rating is up from last year.

The ratings for the show are good.  The X Factor will never draw 20 million viewers, but only football and maybe NCIS will see those types of numbers.

Don’t get attached to that show.

NBC has just ordered a full season of The New Normal. It’s safe for the rest of the season.

XF’s ratings are ok, but probably not as good as what FOX expected when they first decided to produce a US version of it. It’s probably not in any danger of being cancelled anytime soon, but I do wonder if FOX will cut the budget for the show in S3– they have spent a ton of $$$ promoting it and I doubt that they will continue to do so if it doesn’t start pulling great numbers.

wow. I guess the Battle Rounds really doesn’t work for the viewers. lol

  • hcpoirot

All 3 scripted show show win over X factor. the Big Bang Theory, 2 and a half Men and grey anatomy.

Don’t get attached to that show.

Why not?  NBC just ordered a full season of The New Normal.  But it is a Ryan Murphy show, he’ll probably get distracted by a butterfly or something, and it will be going down the tubes soon.  Is that what you mean?

I love Big Bang Theory and i think it’s hysterically funny but i guess if I hadn’t spent years going to comic book  stores and conventions with my sons and  spend a small fortune on video games,I probably wouldn’t get the jokes either.lol
