    OMG!  Jennifer Hudson, BRAVO!

This is how it’s done ladies and gentlemen! lol. Jhud knows how to EMOTE a song and tell a story. Even though having a set of pipes that could blow the roof off a joint helps as well.

  • Andy

    Wow, wow…what a voice.

DIVA!!!!   LOVE IT!!!!  Might just watch the show with her in it.

Whitney 2.0…..this is what Whitney Houston should have been.  And JHud is clean of drugs and alcohol.  She’s got a stable family.  How does she do it?

  • rayni

This is just incredible – she just keeps getting better and better.  And she’s just so freaking beautiful too!

  • Ann Gardner

Wow, that was wonderful. And I really liked the song. I loved Jennifer on her season, I thought she was great. Her “Weekend in New England” was fantastic back in season 3.

  • Ronnie D

I thought of Whitney while watching this, too. Back in the day Whitney could sing her face off! Jennifer always seemed really grounded to me which made me love her even more.

  • hayes

    who wrote the song?

According to that EW article, “written by Smash‘s composers and exec producers Marc Shaiman and Scott Wittman”. Jennifer does it really well, and I actually like the song. Not too Broadway-ish like most of the show’s originals.

Smash premiers Feb. 5th, I thought it premiered like this week or something. I got all excited for nothing. lol They’re really hyping this, I didn’t really watch last season but I may watch for Jennifer.

I hope there won’t be too many plots going on at the same time.  JHud on the show seems like an extra bonus ot its fans!

Jennifer never disappoints.  I stopped watching Smash a long time ago but I think JHud will bring me back.  She’s amazing.
