Reality Stars Come Out for City of Hope Softball 2016 (PHOTOS)

Yesterday afternoon marked the 26th annual City of Hope Celebrity Softball Game at First Tennessee Park in Nashville, featuring MANY of the reality stars you know and love. The game wound up a tie with Vince Gill’s Team Opry and Bret Michaels’ Team iHeart Country earning 18 runs each.

Musicians who played for the City of Hope charity, which raises money to beat cancer, included Lauren Alaina (American Idol 10), Craig Wayne Boyd (The Voice 7 winner), Danielle Bradbery (The Voice 4 winner), Bobby Bones, Bucky Covington (American Idol 5), Jessie James Decker, Charles Esten, Nick Fradiani (American Idol 14 winner), Mickey Guyton (American Idol 7), Jonathan Jackson, Chris Lane, LOCASH, Scotty McCreery (American Idol 10 winner), A Thousand Horses, Tristan McIntosh (American Idol 15), David Nail, Cassadee Pope (The Voice 3 winner), RaeLynn (The Voice 2), Jamie Lynn Spears, Mark Wills and Brett Young. Trisha Yearwood sang the national anthem.

“They are doing great things,” Scotty said of City of Hope to The Tennessean. “This is a way to have fun but also to raise money and raise awareness for City of Hope. It’s an easy decision to get out there and do something like this.”

The event raised more than $200,000.
