The X Factor airs tonight at 8:00pm BST (9:00pm CEST, 3:00pm EDT, 12:00pm PDT) on ITV 1 (60min).
Tonight is the last X Factor show at Fountain studios ever. The show is moving to Wembley for the final and the Fountain studios will be turned into expensive housing or something.
We can see three buses outside of the studio and images of the four remaining acts. Three of those images will be put on the buses.
TOP 4 sing Band Aid’s “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” as their group song. The judges are already sitting behind their desk.
Zara Larsson and Lady Gaga are performing on the show tonight. But first, a recap of last night’s performances.
Our first musical guest is Zara Larsson. She won Sweden’s Got Talent several years ago, but this year she exploded on the pop scene. She is singing her new single “I Would Like” and previous hit “Lush Life”.
The vote is now closed.
The profits from the winner’s single will go to two charities again, “Together For Short Lives” and “Shooting Star Chase”.
The judges bring their acts on stage.
5 After Midnight
Our second musical guest is Lady Gaga. She is performing her current single “Million Reasons” tonight.
Matt Terry – Hurt (Christina Aguilera)
Emily Middlemas – Wings (Birdy)
Simon is sending through to the final Emily Middlemas.
Nicole is sending through to the final Matt Terry.
Louis is sending through to the final Matt Terry.
Sharon is sending through to the final Matt Terry.
Emily Middlemas is leaving the show in 4th place. Simon Cowell is the first judge to lose all his acts this season, Just like last year, when he had the overs.
Emily has been running on fumes for more than a month. She is a singer/songwriter with a gentle, weak voice. Illness and X Factor’s grueling work schedule aren’t kind to singers like Emily. She turned out to be a one trick pony – she mostly turned slow/midtempo/fast songs into funeral dirges all season long. She simply wasn’t capable of doing anything else. I’ve been watching this show for years and I knew exactly what would happen to Emily from the start. She actually made it far – almost to the final.
The three finalists are now going to leave the studios on their buses.
