How to watch X Factor UK from outside the UK?
You can watch X Factor live, online. ITV streams the show through the ITV Player. However, ITV blocks viewers from outside of the UK. To get around that, you need to use VPN connection. If Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox is your preferred browser, install Hola extension and set them to UK server. Then open the ITV Player, make a free acounnt and pick the right channel. The player will ask you for a ZIP code Find an active UK ZIP code HERE. Make sure you have the cookies enabled. You can also try to find a working ITV stream on MyiPlayer.com, TVPC.com or FilmON.com.
The X Factor airs tonight at 8:00pm BST (9:00pm CEST, 3:00pm EDT, 12:00am PDT) on ITV 1 (60min).
For the first time ever, the X Factor auditions stopped in Leicester.
Faye Horne (24, Warwickshire) – She is getting experience by singing in bigger halls and social clubs. She flirts with Simon and they both can’t stop giggling. She sings Sam Smith’s “The Writing’s on the Wall” and can’t stop giggling. Sharon suggests Simon to turn around. Faye finally makes it through the song and gets 4 YESes.
Ritchie Stevens (53) – He is a lorry driver. He raps “Jump” by Kris Kross. 4 NOs.
Linda St-Claire – Forklift driver. She sings Shakira’s “Whenever Wherever”. 4 NOs.
The Brooks (17, Cardiff) – Josh and Kyle are identical twins that first appeared on the show two years ago. They made it to Louis’ judges’ houses in Bermuda and they want to make it further this time. They brought their grandma to the audition. They sing Naughty Boy’s »Runnin’ (feat. Beyonce)«. Simon and Louis are happy with their improvement. Sharon likes their harmonies and says they have potential. 4 YESes.
Antonia Mirat (32, Croatia) – Oh my, a singer from Croatia, southern neighbour of my homeland Slovenia. Antonia says she is a full time opera singer. She wants to make opera popular or something. Her English is really poor. She sings Mozart’s »Queen of the Night«, pop/opera version. Simon says she didn’t understand a world and says it seemed like she was screaming at him. He then says that she is a good opera singer, but doubts she could deal with theme weeks. She gets 3 YESes from the other 3 judges.
Zbigniew Bialczak (Poland) – We learn Simon’s father’s family comes from Poland. He sings Queen’s “Don’t Stop Me Now”. Could be worse, I guess. But this is not going to work. Louis says YES, the rest NO.
Ivy Grace Paredes (33, The Philippines) – A mother of a two year old girl watched 4th Impact on the X Factor last year and decided to give the show a go. She sings Whitney Houston’s »All The Man That I Need«. She is mediocre, but judges think she is the second coming. 4 YESes.
Jamuna Gibbs (63) – She looks great for her age. She murders Robyn’s “Dancing on my Own”. Louis, Sharon and Nicole put her through.
Aeron Smith (20, Manchester) – He brought his family to the audition. He sings Bryan Adams’ »Heaven«. Louis compliments his look. Sharon is not happy with his singing technique and Nicole agrees, but thinks he has a nice raspy voice. Simon thinks girls are gonna love him. 4 YESes.
Olivia Garcia (16, Wigan) – She is a music college student and has a pet turtle Bubbly. She watched Leona Lewis win he show 10 years ago and is now finally old enough to audition herself. She sings Alicia Keys’ »Empire State of Mind«. She has a big voice, but not big enough for this song. Sharon would like to hear her something lighter. Nicole isn’t sure about this song choice. Simon tells her to be herself. 4 YESes.
Anelisa Lamola (26, London, originally from South Africa). She originally auditioned for The X Factor aged 17 in 2007. She was completely inexperienced back then. Since 2007, Anelisa finished college, worked two jobs and continued her music on the side. She wants to show the judges that she is ready now. She sings Aretha Franklin’s “(You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman”. The judges love her and she gets 4 YESes.
