Simon Lynch wowed Simon Cowell with a Beyonce cover whereas Bupsi impressed the music mogul with an altogether different stage show as she got nasty on the judges’ desk.

Tonight the tempo shows no signs of slowing down as some fourteen more contestants sing for the judges.

FIRST LOOK: Cancer survivor Anton Stephans bounces back from rare melanoma for standing ovation in tear-jerking opening X Factor audition
The first three X Factor shows have been enough to bring Simon Cowell, Rita Ora and Cheryl Fernandez Versini to tears.

But Sunday night’s show is shaping up to be an emotional one as cancer survivor Anton Stephans steps out in front of the panel with a harrowing story to tell.

Previously told he had six weeks to live with a rare skin cancer micro melanoma, the 45-year-old is expected to receive a standing ovation for his tear-jerking performance of Jennifer Hudson’s I Am Changing.

We are starting early tonight.

Jasmin Leigh Morris – 21 year old from Swansea, currently works in a call centre issuing refounds
She sings Emeli Sande’s “Cloud”. She is just ok, but the judges love her. 4 YESes. Eh, way to encourage people with a lack of confidence.

Max Stone – 27 year old musician from London
He sings Bob Marley’s “No Woman, No Cry”. 4 YESes

Ebru – 27 year old student and singer from London. She looks younger than she really is.
She sings David Guetta’s collaboration with Emeli Sande “What I Did For Love”. 4 YESes.

Sharon Rose – 26 year old customer service worker from Essex.
She sings Whitney Houston’s “I’m Every Woman”. 4 YESes

Joselito Peralta – 51 year old hairdresser from Paddington. He used to work on a cruiseship and there he once did Chaka Khan’s hair and she told him that he should be a singer.
He performs Barry Manilow’s “Copacabana”. He is clearly a joke act, his singing and dancing are poor.

Shaz Paz – 43 year old from Kent, basic housewife, who is individual and unique
Performs Keisza’s “Hideaway”. Forgets the words. Clearly a joke act. 4 NOs.

Joselito returns and performs.

Erwin – 25 year old immigration worker from Scotland. Brings a pair of backing dancers to his audition.
He performs his original song “Hard Wired”. Cheryl says she didn’t like the choreography. It turns out, the dancing was choreographed by somebody that worked with Cherly. NO.

Joselito returns, singing and dancing. Simon says NO, the other three say YES just to piss off Simon.

Che Chestermen – 18 year old singer/songwriter from Basildon, worked as a shelf stacker for Tesco.
He is very nervous. He is wearing all black. He says there is not a lot of (old school) soul in the industry. He wants to sing a Sam Smith song, but Simon suggests something else. He then sings Jessie J’s “Who You Are”. The start is a bit mediocre and then he starts screaming. I’m not impressed. Gee, everyone in that arena is buying it. 4 YESes

Karen Mav – 23 year old from Stevenage
Sings Jessie J’s “Silver Silk”. She is pretty good. 4 YESes

Laura Johnson – 47 year old nursery nurse from Northern Ireland
Sings Aretha Franklin’s “Natural Woman”. Good audition. 4 YESes.

Jordan Luke Gage – 23 year old, »manny« (male nanny) and bar man from Reading
He sings a mix of Rihanna’s “Stay” and Charlie Puth’s “See You Again”. 4 YESes

Tonatha Raihan – 28 year old secondary school teacher from Kent
Rita isn’t judging this audition. Tonatha performs Beyonce’s “Work It Out”. Big voice. 3 YESes

Hannah Marie Kilminster – 30 year old farmer and part-time singer from Cirencester
Simon picks Queen’s “Somebody To Love” from her song list. The song is obviously too big for her, but otherwise she demonstrates some vocal chops. 4 YESes

Anton Stephans – 45 year old performer and backing singer from London. He brings his dog Honey on stage with him. He sings Jennifer Hudson’s “I Am Changing”. He is really good. 4 YESes. And they didn’t even mention that he is a cancer survivor? This guy clearly deserves to be more than just a backing singer.

‘Never judge a book by its cover’: Che Chesterman stuns all FOUR judges after receiving a standing ovation at The X Factor arena auditions
As The X Factor continue with their quest to find someone special, it was down to Simon Cowell, Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw to whittle down its long list of hopefuls.

And it was a life-altering night for 18-year-old Che Chesterman, who received a standing ovation after nailing Jessie J’s hit single Who You Are on Sunday night’s episode.

The Essex native initially hoped to dazzle the judges crowds with a Sam Smith song before Simon told him to change it, seeing him soar through the first round of auditions.
