One Direction confirmed their top boy band status after they were chased by a legion of female fans through London.
The former X Factor finalists brought the West End to a halt when filming their new single yesterday as girls sprinted through the streets for a glimpse of the pin-ups.
In scenes that were reminiscent of Beatlemania, One Direction’s fans caused a stampede of their own as they ran past the Lyceum Theatre where The Lion King was being shown.

The Irish teenager clutched her guitar on the empty flight, determined to highlight she is a real musician who writes her own songs.
